Meet the Principal

Welcome to the 26-27 school year, Lynx families!  

I am absolutely thrilled to be entering my third year as the Principal of Little Elementary. This school holds a deeply special place in my heart—I attended Little myself from Kindergarten through 6th grade, followed the Pomona Pipeline, and have spent my entire 23+ year educational career dedicated to Jeffco Public Schools.

Before returning to Little as Assistant Principal in 2023 and later stepping into the Principal role, I served as a classroom teacher, a Title 1 literacy interventionist, and a District Elementary Literacy Coordinator. I hold degrees and advanced certifications from the University of Northern Colorado, Colorado Christian University, and the University of Denver.

I live right here in the neighborhood with my husband and two children who attend Pomona and here at Little. I am fully invested in the success and happiness of our community. Outside of school hours, I am usually cheering my kids on at their baseball, softball, and basketball games, or catching up on reading on my back patio.

My mission is simple: to ensure Little Elementary is a thriving environment where everyone is proud to be a Little Lynx and a future Pomona Panther.
