This year families will use a new enrollment system, EnrollJeffco, to indicate where their student(s) will attend school for the 2019-20 school year.
EnrollJeffco opens on Tuesday, Jan. 22, and one important first step is to make sure your
Jeffco Connect account is set up properly. Jeffco Connect information is used by many of our systems – emergency communication, registration, fee payment, school meals, and more – so it is important to make sure your account is accurate.
Families who have a Jeffco Connect account for a current student in a Jeffco school, have received an email the evening of January 16 describing steps to take that includes a reminder of the parent/guardian's Jeffco Connect user name. If you have more than one account or more than one student, you may receive multiple emails.
Note: If a parent/guardian did not receive an email, that email address may be on our blocked list due to unsubscribing from another Jeffco email. Contact your school secretary for assistance.
If you are the parent/guardian who will be using EnrollJeffco to indicate where the student will attend school in 2019/20, please make sure information for you and the student(s) is accurate.
If you will have a new Jeffco student next school year, he or she should be added to your current account. Please follow these easy steps to make sure you are ready for EnrollJeffco:
1. Go to
https://jeffcoconnect.jeffco.k12.co.us/ and log in with your user name given in the email. If you do not remember your password, follow the link, then click on “forgot password” and follow the steps.
2. After you log in:
a. Review your User Information on the left-hand side and make sure it is correct. Update if needed.
b. Click on the student name to review information and update if needed.
c. Click the “add a new student” button on top if you will have a new student(s) in a Jeffco Public School next school year.
d. If you add a new student, make sure all the information for them is entered (all items on the list on the left side should be checked green).
If you are having issues updating your Jeffco Connect account, please contact your current school as soon as possible.

Again, EnrollJeffco is open Jan. 22 - Feb. 8. You may use the system anytime during that window to indicate your plans to enroll at your expected
school, or to apply for another school of your choice or preschool program for the 2019-20 school year.
