Google Meet

Google Meet is a conferencing tool available that supports communication with others, both inside or outside of the district. Students do not have access to creating meets. Users can have collaborative, 2-way conversations and share their screens, as well. You may join a Google meet by phone or by video/webcam.

How to Get Started

During remote learning, teachers can set up Google Meets for their students to "meet" with them via video.

Ideas for Student Use

Students can:

  • Students will access Google Meet via the link sent out from their teachers.
  • Meet is a way to have face-to-face interaction remotely.
  • With the capability of screen sharing, teachers and students can easily see each other's work.
